Inspired by the growing brewery and gastro pub scene, we recognized an opportunity to blend these worlds together. We’ve made a conscious decision to collaborate with area farms to bring the best our locality has to offer to the food we’re so passionate about.

Established in 2019, YOLKED Farm to Table Food Truck is located alongside Route 302 in Windham, Maine. Combining a specialty food truck with farms fresh foods brings something wonderful to locals and tourists alike.

Tapping into local seasonal products in the greater Portland area, Chef incorporates the relationships he’s fostered over the past 20 years with the produce, meat and dairy grown within a 50 mile radius to bring this farm to table menu to his community.
